Henry began his career in finance at Merrill Lynch and moved into structures full time in 1983. He has been with JMW since 1985 where he was the majority shareholder until its acquisition by Integrated Financial Settlements© in 2013. His articles have been published in the legal journals of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, the Kentucky Associationfor Justice, and in the American Bar Association’s “The Brief”. The latter was named “Outstanding Article of the Year” for 2009 by the fiduciary education group “fi360”. Henry is a Past President of the National Structured Settlements Trade Association, has served on many of its committees, and more recently served on the board of the pooled special needs trust “Shared Horizons” in Washington DC.
