Lori serves as Director of Operations for Structures where she manages all aspects of product solutions, client engagement and interface with financial partners. Lori maintains the highest-level of integrity directing the company’s numerous programs that have over $1 Billion Assets Under Administration.

Lori’s role is critical to Structures as the leader in designing and implementing the broadest range of tax-efficient solutions available in the settlement market—from packaged solutions built with Vanguard to obtain support from large defense companies, simple ETF strategies, bespoke investment solutions with leading investment firms or an attorney’s own financial advisor, to the most sophisticated solutions employing a full range of investment solutions including hedge funds and private equity.  Prior to joining Structures, Lori was an Executive Director of the Northeast Region at Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. where she was part of a management team responsible for the growth of the business with over $2 Billion in Assets Under Management.
