As Chief People Officer, Lynn provides leadership and strategic guidance in all facets of the People Resources function for IFS and Companies. Lynn joined the company in 2018 bringing extensive experience as a Human Resources Leader from the financial services industry.
As Chief People Officer (CPO), Lynn is responsible for defining, building, and leading a human resources strategy aligned with the organization’s business strategy and senior leadership team. Further, the CPO leads the development and implementation of strategically focused Human Resource practices, policies, procedures, and programs aligned with the continued growth, transformation, and focused impact of IFS and Companies.
